Tarot Cards are collectible items in Primal, located either in chests or loose at various hidden locations.

There are 28 cards in total, using 12 of the 22 Tarot's Major Arcana and 16 of the 56 Minor Arcana. They also correspond to the four elements of air, earth, fire and water and cardinal directions of North, East, South and West.
The Rift Gates to the Elemental Realms are set at the cardinal points of the compass, as follows:
- North: Aquis, the realm of water. Its symbol in the Nexus is a trident.
- South: Volca, the realm of fire. Its symbol in the Nexus is a bowl of fire.
- East: Aetha, the realm of air. Its symbol in the Nexus is a spike.
- West: Solum, the realm of earth. Its symbol in the Nexus is a horseshoe shape, with tips curved to the right.
The game gallery of the Tarot cards has the first column as Pentacles, second as Cups, third as Swords and fourth as Wands. Said suits are also set to the four elements, as follows:
- Pentacles: Earth
- Cups: Water
- Swords: Air
- Wands: Fire
Roman numerals are the numbers assigned to a specific card in the Major Arcana. The Fool is assigned the number 0, of which there is no Roman counterpart.
